Overview:

BuildX is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Account Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and a passion for building and maintaining client relationships. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our clients’ satisfaction, driving engagement, and fostering long-term partnerships with contractors and homeowners.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact. Understand their needs and objectives to provide tailored support.

Customer Success: Ensure clients are effectively using our platform and services to achieve their goals. Provide training, guidance, and best practices to maximize value.

Issue Resolution: Address and resolve client issues promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary. Ensure a high level of client satisfaction.

Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients. Proactively suggest enhancements to improve client outcomes.

Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze client performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide regular reports to clients on their account status and performance.

Feedback Loop: Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in our products and services.

Contract Renewals: Manage contract renewals and negotiations, ensuring a seamless renewal process and maintaining client retention.

Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure client needs are met and to support overall business objectives.

Skills and Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related field. Experience in the tech or construction industry is a plus.

Customer-Centric: Strong customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.

Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in using digital tools and platforms.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team environment.
